Shannon Consulting LLC provides expert planning and transportation services rooted in my 26-year career in public and private service, alongside 31 years of military experience. Our firm is built on a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high value to our customers.

My professional background includes roles in private engineering, serving as a County Planning Manager, and working within a State Department of Transportation. These experiences cover land use and scenic corridor reviews, environmental planning, and project management. Additionally, my military service involved managing complex hazardous waste transportation, global container logistics, and international coordination.

I am pleased to offer VDOT Work Zone classes, which can be conducted at your facility or at a centralized location in Williamsburg. These courses meet all VDOT standards, and participants will receive VDOT certification upon successfully passing the required examination. As a VDOT-certified Traffic Control Training Instructor with nine years of experience at VDOT and three years of dedicated training experience, I ensure all instruction meets the highest professional standards.
